Scheduling: To ensure prompt service, appointments are always desired but walk-ins are gladly accepted.

Please schedule your return appointment with your technician prior to leaving in order to ensure proper service booking & time.

 As a Salon & Spa Guest, we ask that you:

Salon: On the day of your appointment, please arrive at your scheduled time to ensure you receive your full services.

Spa: Please arrive minimun of 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow yourself ample time to change and to fill out the proper paper  work prior to receiving your service.

If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations: In consideration of our other guest and our staff, please give a 24-hour notice of any cancellation or date change. A credit card is required to secure certain services appointments.   No Shows will be charged a $25.00 service price.

Salon and Spa Hours:  We are open Tuesday-Friday from 10 am to last guest. Saturday & Monday-by an appointment only.

Children: Children with an appointment are welcome. We appreciate your understanding.

Payment Options: For your convenience we accept cash and all major credit cards; NO PERSONAL CHECKS FOR PAYMENT. Gratuities may be accepted in cash or credit card form.

Gift Cards: Are available for all services.

Spa Party: The salon provides an intimate setting for small groups. Whether it is wedding event, brithday shower, etc. Your guests will be pamered from head-to-toe.

Warranty: If you are unhappy with any of our services or products we will be happy to fix anything or exchange within 7 days of your visit or purchase.

Consultation: All of our consultations by our professional staff are free of charge.
